At the end of the fourth semester the student will be able to become a Doctoral Candidate as long as the following requirements are fulfilled:

To have approved the credits attended during the first two years in seminars directed by the teachers, with a minimum grade average of 3.8 or more over 5.0.
To have an approved research project.
To prove proficiency in a modern language; foreigners in Spanish.
To satisfactorily pass the candidature exam by public dissertation defense before a jury.
To present two articles that fulfill the international regulation for publication of scientific articles, one each years.
